The guide was very informative and she narrated everything in English and French. She used humorous antidotes along with her information and was a good guide. There was only 1 bus running the route and in one direction, I don't know if this is normal or just for the time of year but that was annoying with a few places we wanted to see. We first went to Air Museum and spent just under an hour there so we could move on, the timetable said 8t arrive 41min pass the hour. As instructed by the bus tour guide we turned up 5 to 6 mins wet only to see them leaving without us! Why have a time table if you don't stick to it? As a result we had to wait a further hour for it to turn up again, time wasted where we could have visited else where. When the bus turned up, this time nearly 10mins early the tour guide said "we have to to wait a bit so we don't miss anyone" now that was annoying seeing as clearly you don't stick to the time table. As we wanted to visit the national museum next we arrived at the start location at so it wouldn't leave for half hour meaning by the time we got to the museum we would have had 45mins to see the place before closing, this would have been 1hr 45 if the bus had stuck to it's time table!On top of that the lower deck leaks at the emergency escape hatch and through the fixings for the headphone plug in units. I think you need to look at the fleet and fix that as people down stairs were getting wet still in the rain, and you had water near electricity. Certainly going too fast to take pictures. We did get one other tour guide and driver that were better was we got off a couple stops down the road. We sat on top once some people got off but it was so windy and hot up there that we did not go up there again. when we got off at the Royal Canadian Mint we found out that the tour did not start until 4 and we would not have enough time to go on that and finish our bus tour. We got on the first tour of the day at 1000 am. We decided that we'd stay on for the entire hr tour. Then, we'd go around again and get off at the locations that we were most interested in. Most of the tour guides that we experienced that day were excellent. One, however was obviously a French speaking guide as English as a second language.
